Healthy for Life Program
for the Serious or Competitive Athlete
This aspect of the Healthy for Life Program was developed to help
the competitive or serious athlete perform at his or her optimal
level. Athletes challenge their bodies and minds to be able to
perform at levels most people only dream about. However, the more
the athlete tries to learn about how they need to be nourishing their
body to achieve their optimal performance and recovery the more confused
they become. The Healthy for Life Program offers you scientific and
medical information that is not only cutting-edge but has been shown to
be clinically effective. Whether your goal is to gain or lose weight,
the Healthy for Life Program provides you the direction and support you
need to achieve these goals. Remember, these are healthy lifestyles that
will improve your overall health and ability to perform at optimal
levels.
This is a 15 month program that will take you by the hand and guide
you through a simple but thorough nutritional program. You can choose
either the "Coached" program or the very affordable "Self-Directed"
program. In both programs, you will receive weekly trainings [both
written and flash audio presentations] and daily emails from me during
the first 12 weeks of the program that will educate you in these new,
cutting-edge principles that allow you to optimize your athletic
performance. There are monthly advanced trainings and weekly emails
during the last 12 months of the program. You will also be assigned
your own lifestyle journal where you will be able to record exactly
what you are eating, how you are taking your nutritional supplements,
and how you are working out. This lifestyle journal is automatically
graded so that you can have immediate feedback on how you are doing.
This journal will be reviewed by your lifestyle coach, if you choose
the "Coached" program.

nourish your body during your workouts and competition and also what
you need to do allow your body to recover effectively from these hard
