The Lifestyle Journal scoring is based on the three major areas of a healthy lifestyle.
Diet - After each meal or snack that you eat you are asked if "the meal spiked your
blood sugar. There are a total of six meals in one day. The daily diet score is simply the percentage of
those meals that did not spike your blood sugar.
Supplements - Everyday you are given the opportunity to take your supplements
either twice or three times a day. Your daily supplement score is the number of times you took your supplements compared
to the number of opportunities you had to take them.
Activity - The activity score is based on the simple yes or no answer. The resulting daily
activity score is either a 0 or 100 percent.
The Lifestyle Journal also provides three averages that allow you to
keep track of how well you are doing in the program. (Figure 1)
